Yes, for property owners it's completely free to submit and list — no upfront fee, no listing charge. We only earn a commission once your property actually sells and the deal is registered, agreed with you in writing before marketing begins.
Two ways: a commission on closed deals for owner-listed properties (paid only on success, never upfront), and paid subscription plans for realtors who want to list multiple client properties with featured placement — realtors pay a monthly plan fee, plus a separate bonus revenue share on deals they close through us.
It means the listing passed our four-step check: document and title verification, in-person or video identity verification of the owner/realtor, written commission terms agreed upfront, and ongoing support through to registration. Unverified listings are never published.
Those are open marketplaces — anyone can post a listing with no checks. SAP Assets verifies every property's documents and the lister's identity before publishing, and stays involved through site visits, negotiation and registration rather than just connecting you and stepping away.
