Property Verification & Acquisition
Owns document and identity checks on every listing, plus bringing in new owner and realtor inventory. The most trust-critical role on the team.
Sales, CRM & Site Visits
Follows up on every enquiry, coordinates site visits, and keeps the pipeline moving from first contact to a closed deal.
Content & Creative (contract)
Property photography, video, brochure design and locality content — usually project-based rather than full-time to start.
