STEP 1
Document & Title Check
Before any property is published, our team reviews ownership documents, the encumbrance certificate, Patta records and RERA registration (where applicable). Anything that doesn't check out doesn't go live.
STEP 2
Owner / Broker Identity Verified
Every lister — whether an individual landowner or a broker — is verified in person or over a video call. We keep a record of who we're dealing with, so buyers know exactly who they're dealing with too.
STEP 3
Fair, Written Terms
Listing is free. Commission and the mandate period are agreed and documented upfront — before marketing begins, not after a buyer is found.
STEP 4
Supported Through to Registration
Our team coordinates site visits, buyer negotiations, and paperwork all the way through to a registered sale — not just an introduction.
