Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you use a form on this site — for example your name, phone number, and optionally your email and a message — when you:
- Enquire about a property, request a callback, or download a brochure
- List a property for sale (as an owner or realtor)
- Apply to our realtor partner program
- Contact us through the Contact page
We do not ask for or store payment details, passwords, or government ID numbers through any form on this site.
How we use it
Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry — calling or WhatsApp-ing you back, sending the brochure you requested, or reviewing a listing or realtor application. We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond what you submitted the form for.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in our content management system (Sanity) and are accessible only to our team through a password-protected dashboard. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to follow up and for our own business records, and delete them on request (see “Your choices” below).
Buttons labelled “WhatsApp” or “Enquire Now” open a chat directly in WhatsApp with a pre-filled message — the conversation happens on WhatsApp itself (governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy), not through our servers.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site — this doesn't identify you personally. If we run Google or Meta advertising campaigns, we may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to measure how well those ads perform; these can set cookies in your browser as governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies. You can block these at any time through your browser's cookie or privacy settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email contact@sapassets.in and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
