How Refer & Earn works

Five steps, start to finish.

Get your link

Apply below — once approved, you get a personal referral link to share with anyone.

Share it

Send it to a buyer, a seller, or someone with a property to list. Every enquiry that comes through your link is tagged to you.

We verify, same as always

Any property still goes through our full document and identity verification before it's published — referring doesn't skip that step.

Deal closes

Once the deal is registered, it's marked closed in our system.

You get paid

Your referral commission — 20% by default — is paid out on the closed deal, tracked the same way we track every commission internally.

Program rules

  • First referral wins. Whoever's link a person first came through gets credit — no disputes over a lead someone else already referred.
  • Credit lasts 30 days from first click, matching how we hold any other listing enquiry.
  • Paid on close only, once the deal is registered — never on a lead alone.
  • Default referral share is 20% of our commission on that deal, tracked the same way we track every commission.

What this isn't

  • Not a guaranteed income — you earn only when a referred deal actually closes.
  • Not a way around verification — every property still gets our full document check before it's published.
  • Not employment — you're not on payroll; see Careers if that's what you want.
